Payment Options

At Sunriver Veterinary Clinic, we accept cash, check, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover) and CareCredit. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we require that payment be made at the time services are rendered. 


Care Credit

CareCredit helps pay for out-of-pocket expenses for you, your pet, and your family! Once you are approved, you can use it again and again to help manage health costs.

CareCredit is different from a regular credit card—there is a shorter-term financing option of six months with no interest on purchases/services of $200 or more when you pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. Otherwise, interest is charged from the original purchase date.


Cancellation Policy

Despite best intentions, sometimes things come up and schedules change. At Sunriver Veterinary Clinic, we will always do our best to accommodate, however, when patients don’t show up for scheduled appointments or cancel with less than 24-hours’ notice, it takes the opportunity to see a vet sooner away from those pets who are on our cancellation waiting list.

We ask that any­time you need to cancel an appointment, you call the clinic immediately so we can accommodate as many pets as possible. This is also so you can avoid the $40 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ no­tice.
